A 24-year-old guy holds two knives in his hands and does not let anyone in. Neither rescuers, nor parents, nor brother can persuade him to return to the apartment. The Ministry of Emergencies will be on duty under the windows from yesterday, but all to no avail.
The story began with the fact that the parents decided to take the kid from Obninsk. He fled directly from the airport, got to the house on Engels Street, where he rented housing, and climbed out onto the cornice.
According to one version, he refuses to leave because of the girl-presumably, fell in love with someone. In the city, by the way, now there is a downpour, the same as in Moscow. But the guy still does not get off the windowsill.
UPD. The guy was dragged into the apartment. Everything is in order with him. Doctors go to the place.
