According to the authorities, the three young people come from Nijni Tagil and are between 19 and 21. The sanction can go from a simple warning to a fine of 30,000 rubles.

Drone attack caused major damage
The fire at the Rosneft-Kubannefteprodukt warehouse in the Adler neighborhood of Soci broke out on the night of August 3, after an attack with Ukrainian army drones. The flames were extinguished only after 12 hours, said the mayor of the city, Andrei Proșunin.
