The foundation of a collapsed house in Astrakhan could be blurred with water. This is a preliminary reason for the collapse of the entrance.
The residents of the neighboring house more than three weeks complained about the flooded basements on Lyakhov, 6 and 8. According to the locals, the water utility did not respond to requests. Five years ago, the Old House was recognized as an emergency – the building itself for more than 60 years.
