Context
On July 31, Russian invaders struck a targeted blow to the center of Kramatorsk, informed the State Emergencies Ministry. One person died, another 11 were injured. One of the victims was in serious condition. Rescuers clarified that one high -rise building was destroyed to the base, about 10 more houses were damaged by an explosive wave.
On August 1, the number of victims from the Russian strike in the center of Kramatorsk increased to three – a woman born in 1970 died from wounds in the hospital, Goncharenko said.
