Metinvest Akhmetov created a program to return home Ukrainians-students in the UK.
The company launched the Steel Force program, which is designed for Ukrainian students who receive higher education in England. The most successful participants in the program will undergo a paid internship at the company.
Almost 90 students were presented to the program: 30 participants from 16 universities in the United Kingdom were elected. In the first stage, they were grouped into teams, which, with the support of mentors-heads of metinvest of different units-worked on the real businesses of the company.
The second stage of the program will be invited to the best participants: they will undergo a paid internship at enterprises in the presence of metinvest within three months.
