The Grigory Lovtsov cargo ship with rubble and sand on board turned over along the coast of Sakhalin. Four people went missing.
Previously, during the overload, a roll occurred and the ship overturned. There were seven crew members on board. Three people managed to save, the fate of four is still unknown. Now there is a search and rescue operation.
