In Zaporozhye announced suspicions to three officials of Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration and the head of the firm.
According to the investigation, three officials of the authorities and local self -government, together with the head of the commercial structure, caused the budget of losses for more than UAH 3.7 million.
In particular, in June 2023, the director of one of the departments of Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration within the framework of the program of prevention and elimination of emergencies concluded an agreement for the purchase of building materials at inflated prices. The amount of losses of the regional budget is over UAH 1 million.
Among other episodes:
disadvantageous contracts for the purchase of timber, which resulted in losses of over UAH 1 million;
realization of the object of communal property at low cost – another 935 thousand UAH of losses;
The contractor, repairing the shelter, overestimated the volume of work and appropriated almost UAH 755 thousand.
All defendants were suspected of articles 191, 364, 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
