On Monday, the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw confirmed the information of “Puls Biznesu” about the initiation of an investigation into a loud dispute about succession between Zygmunt Solor and his children, i.e. Tobiasz Solor, and Piotr and Aleksandra Żakami.

– The notification was submitted on July 2, 2025 by Zygmunt Solorz's representative – pointed out the spokesperson of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw Mateusz Martyniuk. The prosecutor's office “initiated an investigation into suspected bringing on August 1 and 2, 2024 in Warsaw Zygmunt Solorz to an unfavorable regulation with its own property in the form of property rights related to the activities of the TIVI Foundation based in Vaduz in Liechtenstein and the Solkomtel Foundation based in Vaduz in Liechtenstein to achieve property benefits through property The victim of the victims of the declarations of precipitating the above regulation with a value greater than ten times of the amount of great value, an act of the property of great value,

The legal representative of the TIVI Foundation and the Solkomtel Foundation, a partner at Andersen, Jarosław Kołkowski, believes that the initiation of an investigation by the Warsaw prosecutor's office will not change the court's judgment in Liechtenstein, which – as he reminded – in May this year. He dismissed the action of Zygmunt Solorz regarding changes in the statute of his Tivi Foundation Foundation, under which his children will take control of Solorz's businesses.

From this judgment, the founder of Polsat appealed, which – as Kołkowski believes – should be considered this year. – The proceedings initiated in Poland, no matter how aggressive, can not change anything about it – said the lawyer. He added that the application submitted to the prosecutor's office is an attempt to influence people who sit on the TIVI Foundation Council today, which has a number of rights. It may affect the organizational issues of the largest companies in the Solorz Empire, i.e. Cyfrowy Polsat, Telewizja Polsat, Polkomtel and Netia.

On the other hand, the legal representative of Zygmunt Solorz, patron Radosław L. Kwaśnicki, in a letter sent to the editorial office of PAP pointed out that “the conflict between representatives of the Solorz family (…) implies the effects in many jurisdictions, in particular in Poland, Liechtenstein and in Cyprus. That's why Mr. Zygmunt Solorz is so important, and from the very beginning, Namely, that on 2.8.2024 he was cheated by the nearest group. “

“This situation, in turn, implies the effect in the form of invalidity, i.e. ineffectiveness, changes in the statutes of both foundations with headquarters in Liechtenstein, which our opponents refer to. And this is the clou of this matter and is of key importance for all matters in all matters in all jurisdictions. This situation is commonly defined as” game changer “,” he wrote.

July 22 this year. Zygmunt Solorz was dismissed from the head of the supervisory councils of Cyfrowy Polsat, Telewizja Polsat, Polkomtel and Netia. Daniel Kaczorowski became the head of the supervisory board of Cyfrowy Polsat, and Andrzej Abramczuk was appointed a new president of the company in place of the dismissed Mirosław Błaszczyk. Abramczuk was also appointed the president of Polkomtel, and Kaczorowski also as the chairman of the supervisory boards of Polkomtel, Netia and Television Polsat. The decision to dismiss was made unanimously by the Foundation Council, which consists of three people: a representative appointed by the court in Liechtenstein Peter Schierscher, Jarosław Grzesiak (representative of the children of Solorz) and a representative of Zygmunt Solorz Tomasz Szeląg.

On the same afternoon, the lawyers of Zygmunt Solorz announced the appeal against the appeal of Zygmunt Solorz from the authorities of the Polsat Plus group. They explained that the changes are in contradiction with both the procedures and the law. They indicated in a statement that in his opinion it is only a temporary catwalk aimed at drawing attention to the dispute around the company, which does not serve its current operations. The statement emphasized that “persons who have been defective must take into account strict responsibility for actions taken until court rulings regarding their mandates.”

Cyfrowy Polsat is a dominant entity in the Polsat Plus group. Zygmunt Solorz is the main shareholder of Cyfrowy Polsat, having through other entities, including Tivi Foundation Foundation, 62 percent shares, giving over 70 percent votes at the General Meeting.

In May this year The Wirtualnemedia.pl portal announced that the court in Lichtenstein dismissed Zygmunt Solorz's action regarding changes in the statute of his Tivi Foundation Foundation, under which his children will take control of Solorz's businesses. The main adviser to Zygmunt Solorz Radosław L. Kwaśnicki in “Puls Biznesu” reported that the appeal against this unlawful sentence was submitted in June. After the judgment of the Court of First Instance, Zygmunt Solorz in a statement emphasized that he had kept control of the Tivi Foundation.
