They were to find love and a better life. They fell into the trap of the Kremlin. Thousands of young women from Africa are installing drones in toxic fumes
Lured by the promises of high earnings, travel to Europe, education and the possibilities of “finding love”, young women are transported to the “special economic zone” in Tatarstan, located about 1000 km east of Moscow.
Passports are taken from them and forces them to donate $ 700. (PLN 2,000 536) salary to pay for accommodation in the plant and other necessary expenses. Then they are forced to long work for gluing composite drones-kkkadze in a factory filled with toxic fumes.
A company employing young women is ałabuga company covered by international sanctions. In 2023, at the Kremlin's order, which ordered a significant increase in drone production, Alabuga began two programs to obtain the necessary workforce – Alabug University of Technology and Alabug Start.
The Alabug Politechnika program is intended for Russian youth aged 18-22, both men and women, and works in combination with a nearby technical school of the same name. It offers work to people without qualifications, medium qualified and qualified, with the possibility of obtaining a technical diploma and even professional promotion. Some of the more promising recruits even went to Iran to undergo advanced training in the production of Shahid drones.
Alabuga Start is a completely different matter. This program is limited to girls from Third World countries, mainly from Africa and former Soviet republics in Central Asia. They are employed only for work that does not require qualifications, without promotion. Instead of vocational education, program participants learn about 100 Russian words necessary to follow orders.

Recruitment in Africa takes place both via the Internet and through local agents in Benin, Burkina Faso, the Central African Republic, Ethiopia, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mali, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambi and Zimbabwe.
This year, it is planned to recruit over 8,000 “mulattoes”, as these women in Russia are called to perform a very hard and harmful work consisting in gluing the composite drones of drones using toxic chemicals. Russian “students” from the Polytechnic in Alabga then carry out the final assembly of drones, equipping them with Chinese engines and other necessary components.
The current production is about 170 pieces a day, which allows mass bombing of Ukrainian cities several times a week.
During recruitment, girls are not informed that they will produce combat drones. Most of them say that they will build drones only for civil applications, and some of them are misled even more. They hear that they will be taken to Russia and Trained as employees of restaurant or hotels.
As a result of this fraud, the girls are lured without a proper warning that they will be transported to an object that will certainly be bombed as soon as Ukraine can do it.
The criminal practice of Moscow
The Kremlin authorities have long been recognized by the US government as the main perpetrators of human trafficking. However, until now they have specialized mainly in acquiring attractive Russian blondes for Arab magnates and other wealthy customers. Bringing African slaves to very racist Russia in order to use them to produce weapons and probably other forms of exploitation is a new chapter in the history of Moscow's wickedness.
In addition to the fact that the entire undertaking is devoted to the mass production of weapons used for the terrorist bombing of civilians, the Alabuga Start program has a number of additional criminal implications.
They include mass violation of Russian regulations regarding the work of children and industrial security, UN provisions regarding human rights and international prohibitions of human trafficking. The nature of the program that differentiates its participants should also be an end to any illusions that Russia can be seen in any way as a spokeswoman for the global South. Rather, he should help everyone understand that in the new “multiply order of the world” Africans imagined by Russia will serve as slaves.
