According to the expert, in the heat the body loses up to 2 liters of water per day. Drink water every 1-1.5 hours, avoid coffee and sweet drinks.

The heat expands the vessels, and blood pressure drops. Lie with your legs raised, do breathing exercises.

Vessels cope worse with heat than cold. A cool shower, walks, charging will help you.

The cause of dizziness can also be overheating. Especially in the car or in the sun. Wear a headdress, use cooling breathing, and at the first symptoms, hide in a shadow.

Overflow of cold or long food in food can contribute to poor health. Try to eat warm, light food and have a snack with fruits and nuts.
