Almost 50 % of the repair programs at the TPP and the GRES in the Krasnoyarsk Territory are successfully completed

At the power plants of the “Siberian generating company” in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, preparations for winter are continuing.

The repair campaign is in the most active stage: almost 50 % of the total planned measures were made, which include work on 91 boilers and 33 turbines. The cost of the repair program of 2025 is about 9 billion rubles.

Preparations for the heating season in the energy sector occupy almost the whole year. The repair campaign begins in February and is activated in the inter -polling period. Most of it ends before obtaining a certificate of readiness of the enterprise – the main document confirming the possibility of TPP, GRES and heating systems to carry the maximum load, which traditionally falls on the cold months. The full implementation of energy repairs is fixed in December to start again from February. One of the significant points of the program is planned stops – the time when thermal power plants and the State Enterprise stop the production of energy.

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, all the TPP and the GRES SGK have already passed the planned stop stage. The rest of the preparation of units for winter is carried out without the termination of the energy supply of residents of cities. This is possible thanks to the reserve capacities and the traditional reduction in the load on equipment in the summer. Preparations for the heating season at the energy enterprises of the SGK in the Krasnoyarsk Territory corresponds to the intended pace.

During the repair of the repair campaign, 146.7 tons of the heating surfaces of boilers – the part that contacts the fuel and wear out the fastest volume at the Nazarovskaya DOPs were updated. Other work on boiler equipment was also held at this station-5B and 6A convective steamers were replaced, the 2nd power unit is in the overhaul. It provides for the replacement of the rotor of the generator – the driving part of the equipment involved in the production of electric energy.

In the Krasnoyarsk GRES-2 in Zelenogorsk, high-pressure screens on boiler 1A, convective steamers on the boiler 1B were replaced in Zelenogorsk. There is a major overhaul of power unit No. 10, and then preparations for winter will also affect the power unit No. 7. SGK also plans to update environmental equipment – a multicyclone that cleanses gases from solid dust particles and ash. Simultaneously with repairs at the station, there is a consistent replacement of generators on power units as part of the implementation of the investment program. In 2024, GRES-2 performed such work at the sixth power unit. The next to replace is the fourth power unit.

A lot of work was carried out at the Minusinsk CHP, where on boiler No. 4, the furnaces are replaced, protecting its walls from high temperatures. Until the end of the repair campaign at the station, two more medium pressure boilers will be repaired. Preparing for major repairs and a boiler No. 5 at the Kanskaya TPP. Three Krasnoyarsk thermal power centers are also actively preparing for the winter, despite large -scale construction work at the first and third thermal power plants.

The federal program “Clean Air” also affected the Krasnoyarsk TPP-3, where the construction of the second power unit and electrostatic technician is nearing completion. The first, introduced in 2012 as part of the DPM program, in preparation for winter this summer, average repairs were held. On one of the TPP-3 water heating boilers, 40 tons of convective semi-sections were replaced-elements of heating surfaces. At the Krasnoyarsk TPP-2, repairs were repaired on boiler No. 1, and from July 20, a boiler No. 5 went on major repairs.

The repair program at generating enterprises of the SGK is in the most active stage. All necessary work to start the heating season will be completed by the end of the summer. The team for heating in the Krasnoyarsk Territory is usually given in mid -September. The CHP and the GRES SGK are intensely preparing for this date and, as in previous years, will stably provide residents with thermal energy in the winter.
