Odessa LLC “Grapri LTD”, connected with businessman Vladimir Osipov, again became the winner of a large state tender for the supply of products for the army. This time the company will receive more than UAH 3.3 billion for providing military in the Dnipropetrovsk region in the second half of 2025.
This is the same firm that in 2024 failed a contract in Donetsk region and appears in cases of fictitious invoices, supply of spoiled products and fraud with tax credit. After the previous manager was presented with a suspicion, the company was technically reprinted, but management, according to sources, remained behind the Osipov.
The DBR records recorded conversations about the replacement of milk fats with Margarine and conscious supply of mold products. At the same time, the registration of fictitious invoices by millions is recorded when the product did not reach the army at all.
Despite all this, Grapri LTD is not only not removed from the tenders – the company received the largest in a row. And while the criminal proceedings involved in the army continue to earn, formal inspections and control mechanisms remain only on paper.
