Simple climbing without dough and sauces: easy, satisfying, useful and nothing more – tastier than a classic recipe

Who said that climbing is difficult, oily and with Beshamel sauce? Here is an alternative for those who love satisfying, but without gravity. No flour and extra fuss in the kitchen. It is prepared simply, baked quickly, eats with pleasure both hot and cold. The author of the channel “Recipes with photos and videos – only the best from Aimkuk” on DZEN.RU (16+) shared a new look at the favorite dish.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken meat – 500 g
  • Rice – 100 g
  • homemade tomato (or in its own juice) – 150 ml
  • Eggplant-2-3 pcs. (depending on the size)
  • Tsukini – 1 large
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Mozarella – 150 g
  • vegetable oil – for frying
  • Curry – 1/2 tsp
  • Rosemary – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. First, 100 g of rice is boiled until cooked in salted water. Before cooking, it must be washed until transparent. Then he will not stick together.

2. A finely chopped bulb is fried in a pan. Then the minced meat from 500 g of chicken meat is sent there. It is better to take the thigh, it is juicier.

3. After 3 minutes, 150 ml of the tomato base is added, 1/2 tsp. Carry and rosemary, salt and pepper. Everything extinguishes for another 5 minutes.

4. Tsukini and 2-3 eggplant are cut along thin slices (about 3-4 mm.)

5. The baking form (20 × 20 cm) is lubricated with oil.

The layers are laid out as follows: eggplant, half minced meat, rice, tsukini, 75 g of grated mozzarella. Then again Tsukini, the remaining rice, minced meat. Complete the dish of eggplant slices and another 75 g of cheese.

It is baked at 180 ° C for about 35–40 minutes. The top should be browned, cheese should melt. Before serving, let cool slightly. Then the climbing will not crumble when cutting and serving.

It turns out a light, useful, but truly hearty lasagna, which is not inferior to the original dish.
