“Take me five minutes, and I will teach you to prepare one of the best vegetable snacks of Ukrainian cuisine – fried zucchini in a pan. I propose to serve them with delicate sauce of sour cream, dill and garlic,” Klopotenko said.
Ingredients:
- 300 g of zucchini;
- three to four cloves of garlic;
- ½ tsp. salts;
- 4 tbsp. l. wheat flour;
- 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil for frying.
Ingredients for sauce:
- 100 g of sour cream;
- one clove of garlic;
- Two to three dill stalks;
- Salt to taste.
Cooking
- Cut the washed zucchini into circles with a thickness of 1.5–2 cm.
- Put them in a bowl, add a salt that is missed through the press garlic, mix and put in a sieve for 20 minutes.
- Squire each circle in flour and put in the oil heated in a pan.
- Fry zucchini for 1.5-2 minutes on the sides to a rosy color. Put on paper towels.
- For the sauce, mix sour cream in a bowl, a garlic passed through the press and finely chopped dill.
