The American leader signed the law, voted the day before by the Chamber of Representatives, during the Independence Day Picnic in the White House.
At the beginning of the event over the White House, the F-35 bomber B-2 flew, which participated in a recent American operation aimed at Iranian nuclear facilities. The flight was to symbolize gratitude to American soldiers who took part in that operation.
