The Minister of Economy, Radu Miruță from USR, told B1 TV on Wednesday that at the coalition level “it was obviously consensus” on the measures announced by Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, despite the critics launched in the public space by some social-democrats.

Radu Miruță was asked if there were consensus for measures, considering the criticisms expressed by the former PSD minister of Finance Adrian Căciu regarding the package of measures, but also the statement of PSD Senator Daniel Zamfir regarding the possibility of an exit from the “alliance” if the party will not be “treated with respect”.

“It was obviously consensus. It was also a coalition session before. Things happen so because a little theater is played. In the room where it is discussed, this is the ideal solution from the reason that another, with changes elsewhere, is more stinging,” the Minister of Economy replied.

Miruță said that “this theater does not go to infinity.”

“I certainly that in the plateau was the previous years set to argue against the PSD-PNL. Now, being in this coalition, not that you do not continue, but it is a price of government to stay at the same table, that otherwise there are no solutions in Romania, but please the PSD to answer” how to ask? The answer does not go to infinity, to come to some measures that are a treatment to which you have given the wrong diagnosis in the last two or three years.

The Minister of Economy claims that Romania risks “incapacitation” without the “correct drug”.

“Healing goes through a process and it is painful, but you go to heal, do not go to transfer to intensive care. Because there is the intersection in which Romania is. We continue to deceive that there is no problem and we will be incapable of payment, and it will be a complete chaos, or we try to take the medicine, The situation, and we correct a little, a little, ”concluded Radu Miruță.
