More than 6 thousand schoolchildren became participants in the employment service of the population of the Krasnoyarsk Territory “Labor Summer”
In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, an employment service for the temporary employment of adolescents “Labor Summer” continues. For the first month, more than 6 thousand high school students took part in it. It is planned that by the end of the season, about 11 thousand young inhabitants of the region will join the action.
The “Labor Summer” action is aimed at raising and introducing youth to work. Schoolchildren participate in it, who, with the assistance of employment centers, are employed for the holidays. The guys work at the enterprises of the region, in social institutions and organizations of the service sector, as part of labor detachments.
According to the project “I want like you”, which is included in the action, adolescents are accepted in the company where their parents work. In the personnel center “Work of Russia” the city of Achinsk notes that employers are interested in attracting young people.
“Before the start of the season, we held a special vacancy fair, to which 16 companies presented their temporary employment proposals. Among the employers were both industrial enterprises and catering organizations, and delivery service. About 100 children were interviewed, many candidates were agreed on the same day, ”said Lyubov Sugak, director of the work of the city of Achinsk.
One of the participants in this fair was the studio of the children's holiday. The organizations required animators, at the event they selected six candidates at once.
“For the first time, we decided to hire teenagers from 14 years old. The personnel center offered us amazing guys – responsible, bright, interesting. They all came charged with energy, their eyes burn. They really like to be animators. This work helps to get to know children better, this is such a first step in pedagogical activity, ”Anastasia Belaya, the staff of the staff of the studio of the children's holiday, shared the opinion manager.
As part of the action, adolescents perform simple work without harm to health and only in the daytime. They occupy suitable workplaces in industries, form a comfortable environment in their cities and villages, and help older people and disabled people. According to the state program of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, “Assistance to Employment”, children in addition to wages provide financial support from the employment service.
Children of participants, adolescents from large and low -income families, are accepted to work in priority. The action helps many guys to get out of a difficult life situation.
“Participants in the action will learn more about the professions in demand in the region, expand communicative ties, acquire work skills in the team, confident behavior in the labor market. Employment centers for adolescents conduct classes on choosing a profession, primary diagnosis of professional inclinations, career guidance testing, consultations, ”said Viktor Novikov, head of the labor and employment agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
It should be noted that career guidance is one of the tasks of the “Labor Summer” campaign, and the promotion of demanded professions corresponds to the goals of the national project “Personnel”. Today, experts are especially required in production, in construction, rural and forestry. Of the 46 thousand vacancies are the majority for workers. The unemployment rate in the region is only 0.6%.
