A successful transition of Russian industry to domestic management systems is possible only within the framework of an open dialogue between manufacturers, customers and regulators.

This thesis has become the center of the expert discussion at the presentation of the software and hardware complex of the ACS TP “Silaron” from “T1 Integration”. The event dedicated to the future of industrial technologies was supported by technological partners – “Astra Group”, “Intelis” and Positive Technologies.

In the center of discussion at the session “Technological sovereignty in industry: reality or distant prospect?” The most acute issues turned out to be: the reality of achieving technological independence in the deadlines established by the regulator, the criteria of the power of attorney for domestic software and “iron”, as well as the risks that enterprises face when switching to new solutions. The participants agreed that a simple replacement of imported systems does not solve fundamental problems – it is necessary to create products competitive at the world level and adapted to the unique requirements of Russian production.

“The key issue today is the development of uniform and understandable criteria of the power of attorney for domestic decisions, and this dialogue should be tripartite, with the participation of manufacturers, customers and regulators. If the situation is clear with software, then many questions arise with the hardware: from the composition of the component base to the permissible volume of its imports. To stop the technological process of continuous production at KII enterprises is not an easy task. And a quick replacement of equipment is impossible. Therefore, we need a general vision so that the product created by great efforts fully meets the requirements of the law, ”said Alexander Shapovalov, director of the Center for Competence of Industrial Automation“ T1 Integration ”.

“The process of transition to the predominant use of trusted PAK, launched at the state level, requires the subjects of the CIA primarily an honest and high -quality audit of its infrastructure to identify real needs and risks. It is on the exact understanding of this nomenclature that the success of further work depends. Our general task for the possible deadlines to ensure the identified need for Russian trusted decisions, while it is also necessary to form uniform approaches and technical policy, to fix the terminology and requirements for trusted products so that manufacturers can create solutions that really need the market and solve the problems of technological independence, ”said Daniil Sorokin, director of the programs for working with NPOs of NPOs “KIS”.

“Today we are observing the classic dilemma. On the one hand, industrial enterprises do not want to touch, replace what is still working, let it become obsolete, often illegally due to sanctions and bears risks. On the other hand, it is obvious that such inaction is a dead end, since the support and development of foreign systems is discontinued. The task of the IT industry is not just to propose a replacement, but to motivate this transition, proving the reliability and prospects of domestic developments, attracting customer examination. The transition process is inevitable, and the earlier we begin, the more closely we interact with consumers, the faster we get the result, ”commented Nikolai Komlev, executive director of APKIT.

“Not a single Russian company alone will be able to recreate complex decisions in which Western vendors invested decades and huge resources in a short time. Therefore, the only realistic path to technological independence lies through openness and cooperation. We must create an ecosystem in which the solutions of different domestic manufacturers will be compatible and will be able to seamlessly work with each other. This will allow customers to assemble the best systems in their class without becoming hostages of one vendor, ”said Anton Arnautov, general director of ANO“ Open Automation Systems ”.

In addition to the discussion, the guests of the event were presented by a demonstration sample of Pak Silaron. In just a year, the complex went from a prototype presented at the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum to launch serial production at the capacities of the Izhevsk Radio West.
