The first two matches on their own ground that FCSB will play in the preliminary tours of the Champions League will be broadcast on Antena 1.
The Titre champion in Superliga will begin the preliminary campaign in the Champions League on Wednesday, July 9, from 8:30 pm, against Andorrei champion, Inter Club d'Art. The match will be played on the “Steaua Stadium”.

FCSB has reached an agreement with the TV station Antena 1 for broadcasting the first two matches on their own field in the Champions League qualifying campaign, says Golazo.ro. It seems that at the negotiating table was the competitor, Pro TV, who broadcast in last season 2 matches of the champion in Superliga, in the preliminaries of the most important European intercluburi competition.
The first match on the FCSB's own field will take place on Wednesday, July 9, on the “Steaua Stadium”, against the Andorrei champion, Inter Club d'Acaldes.
The other match that Antena 1 would broadcast is the return leg of the preliminary round 2, where FCSB is a big favorite to reach, given the clear difference in value to the opponent in the first round.
There, FCSB would play against the winner between Wales, The New Saints, and the champion of Macedonia, Shkendija. FCSB will host the return sleeve, also on the “Steaua Stadium”, the date being set between July 29 and 30.
The TV rights for the away matches of FCSB, belong to either the host clubs or to a company that sells TV rights and has a contract with the respective teams.
Antena 1 broadcast a single match in the preliminary campaign in the Champions League of FCSB, in the previous season, the victory with Maccabi Tel Aviv, score 1-0, in the qualification in the third round.
Last year, PRO TV broadcast the draw to FCSB with Maccabi Tel Aviv, score 1-1, and failure with Sparta Prague, score 2-3.
