Quality, Innovation, Leadership: A New Leadership Strategy Esclab
Esclab continues technological updates and confirms compliance with international standards. The laboratory has passed another supervisory audit for compliance ISO 15189: 2022 Is a key international standard for medical laboratories that regulates the quality and reliability of research results.
📈 In 2025 Esclab invested in technological renewal double more than in previous years. A number of important decisions have been implemented:
New analyzer COBAS 5800 (ROCHE) -for molecular genetic studies, in particular testing for human papilloma virus (HPV). This equipment meets the requirements of the MOH clinical guidelines and is a certified FDA. Esclab is one of three laboratories in Ukraine that have this equipment.
🦠 System Maldi-tof Bruker – allows to identify more than 2000 species of high accuracy microorganisms and in a short time.
🧪 By the end of the 2nd quarter of 2025 it is planned to be implemented Immunoblot methodwhich will help to confirm the questionable results of ELISA research and increase the specificity of 88%.
🔬 All procurement policies are focused on world leaders' equipment: ROCHE, ABBOTT, BECKMAN CULTER, SYSMEX etc. is a guarantee of the introduction of advanced technologies in Ukrainian diagnostics.
❌ However, last year the situation in the laboratory was completely different. For the previous manager, Sergey Uncledevelopment has actually stopped: The strategy was blurred, the investment is minimal, and the technological update was postponed without explanations.
Only with the arrival of a new management team – Denis Melnik and Stanislav Lugovsky – The laboratory has returned to strategic thinking, systematic modernization and transparent quality control. And this is just the beginning!
