In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, deputies of the Legislative Assembly discussed the topic of municipal solid waste management.
The Committee on Natural Resources and Ecology of the Parliament was made by the Minister of Ecology Vladimir Chesovitin and spoke about the redistribution of expenses in the state program of the Krasnoyarsk Territory “Environmental Protection” for 2025 and the planning period 2026-2027. The design of the Krasnoyarsk Ecotechno Park, on which they planned to spend 150 million rubles, are removed from the document. Money will be distributed for the design of the garbage sorting complex with the existing Auto -Putzbase training ground and the calculation of new standards for the accumulation of municipal solid waste in 14 technological zones to which the region is divided.
The Chairman of the Committee Vitaly Drozdov noted that the standards are needed to understand the real figure of waste formation.
“Based on them, the regional operator plans its routes, flight frequency, number of cars; You can plan the capacity of the training grounds where these waste is brought. The old standards measured about five years ago, they were recognized as invalid and canceled. Now in the region they use the so -called calculation method, which is far from reality. Accumulations go differently in the summer, autumn, winter or spring, so measurements need to be carried out over the course of all seasons. The funds are laid on this, ”explained Vitaly Drozdov.
The discussion of the issue was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Committee Yuri Zakharinsky, Ekaterina Svodelko, Alexey Boykov, Vladimir Chernyshenko, Alexey Kulesh. They were worried about the construction and reconstruction of landfills, in particular, in Achinsk, the use of environmentally friendly types of fuel in the territories of the region. The issue of eliminating unauthorized landfills was also raised. The minister explained that 200 million rubles were inhibited to resolve this issue in the budget, but in fact they are already spent. Alexei Kulesh said that last year, together with the administration of Zheleznogorsk, this issue was engaged in this issue, 5 landfills were liquidated, the costs amounted to about 10 million rubles, and this year all the landfills appeared in the same places. In his opinion, it is necessary to create legal sites near the residential sector, where people could export construction and other waste.
Also, deputies and representatives of the Accounts Chamber of the region doubted the advisability of canceling the design of the eco -tech park near Krasnoyarsk. Vitaliy Drozdov explained that the reconstruction of Avtospetsbaza has been discussing for a long time, therefore it is difficult to pass all types of examination. Therefore, the land risks being in a situation where the new eco -technology park is not designed, and the old landfill will not be able to redo and use.
