What is common between the Moscow City business center and the station? MDC Testovskaya station, which will become the city station of Moscow City D1. And today Sergey Sobyanin visited – to show local businessmen and themes that rolling on trains in Moscow is much more effective than traffic jams on Urusi and McCans.
The event, as it turned out, the festive-on November 21, 2019, the first two Moscow central diameters were launched: the Belarusian-Savyolovsky and Kursk-Riga. Since then, MPD is four diameters, 300 km of tracks, 137 stations, 49 of which in the Moscow region. Over the past five years, the average transportation of diameters reached 1.4 million passengers per day, train traffic intervals decreased to 5-7 minutes, and the cost compared to the period before the launch – decreased 2.5–3 times.
In the future – the development of railway in the regions of the central transport hub, further reconstruction of stations and the completion of train renewal.
