The suspicious was noticed by one of the residents of the house near a walk with a dog on November 19. According to her, a pensioner in a balaclava and a man in a hood fussed on the site. They had a large spray gun and a huge package. When they noticed the dog girl, they ran away.
The place smelled of chemicals, so the woman immediately called the police. The family was calculated in hot pursuit and detained. This is a pensioner Olga K. and her son Nikita Ch. It is impossible to charge them yet, so the employees interrogated, released and organized an audit.
