
The Lenin’s Shalash burned out on the territory of the museum complex in the Sestroretsk of the Leningrad Region – this is how the sad “after” looks now.
The straw structure itself was burned out, reconstructed in the image of a real hut, in which Lenin and Zinoviev were hidden in 1917. The main granite monument was not injured nearby. Now law enforcement officers are establishing whether it was arson and those responsible for what happened.
