The supreme leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamena, issued a statement after his country's attacks on the US military base in Qatar, saying that “we will not accept anyone's aggression,” reports Reuters, CNN and The Guardian.
“We have not attacked anyone and we do not accept the aggression of anyone, nor will we obey anyone's aggression; this is the logic of the Iranian nation,” said the supreme Iranian leader, in the statement published on his account on the social network X.
The post is accompanied by an illustration that shows an American flag in flames, with several buildings in the back, also in flames.

These short comments are Khamena's first statement since the US have bombed the three Iranian nuclear facilities over the weekend.

The American Defense Department confirmed on Monday night that Iran launched a short and average ballistic missiles to the American Al -udeid military base in Qatar, without registering victims, write international press agencies.
“At this moment, there is no information about American victims. We carefully monitor the situation,” the Pentagon said in a statement.
Previously, Qatar announced that his anti -aircraft defense forces have successfully intercepted Iranian missiles.

Egypt expressed concern and appealed to regional and international efforts to relax the security situation in the region, while the Jordan Foreign Ministry said that Iranian attack is a violation of Qatar's sovereignty, demanding the return to the negotiation mass.
In turn, Israel said that the Iranian attack on the American military base Al-Dudeid located in Qatar is the proof that Iran threatens “the whole world”.
“This is an additional proof of hostility, violence and the fact that Iran is a terrorist state that threatens not only Israel, but the whole Middle East, including its neighbors and the whole world,” said Effie Defrin, spokesman for the Israeli army.
