- When the dough is almost ready, add vegetable oil and mix thoroughly. The dough should turn out to be elastic and not stick to the hands.
- Leave the dough in a warm place for an hour or until it doubles in size.
- After the dough rises, thresh it and you can proceed to the formation of pies. Choose the filling to taste.
- Put the formed pies on a baking sheet and let them rise for about 20 minutes before putting in the oven.
- Bake the pies in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Lubricate the finished pies with vegetable oil for shine and softness.
