Step -by -step cooking recipe:

  • Mix warm milk with water in a large bowl, add sugar and salt, stir. Enter yeast and leave for 10 minutes to make sure their activity (a foam should appear).
  • Enter the egg into the dugout and mix well. Gradually begin to add sifted flour, constantly mixing the dough so that it remains soft.
  • When the dough is almost ready, add vegetable oil and mix thoroughly. The dough should turn out to be elastic and not stick to the hands.
  • Leave the dough in a warm place for an hour or until it doubles in size.
  • After the dough rises, thresh it and you can proceed to the formation of pies. Choose the filling to taste.
  • Put the formed pies on a baking sheet and let them rise for about 20 minutes before putting in the oven.
  • Bake the pies in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Lubricate the finished pies with vegetable oil for shine and softness.
