They argue that a descent of the wage threshold according to which the holiday vouchers and the food allowance will cause the elimination of these rights for a significant number of employees and will lead to a decrease in the purchasing power, which will, in particular, affect the teaching staff at the beginning of the career, the administrative teaching staff.
According to the mentioned union federations, the teaching teaching staff is “deeply restless and revolted” by the proposals that appeared in the public space regarding the modification of the status of holder in education and that they would carry out their activity for 8 hours a day in the educational units.
