The man set himself up and fell out of the balcony of the 19th floor of the Voronezh high-rise building. The locals took him for the fallen drone.
The ambulance was called by residents of the City Complex on Kukolkin Street. Eyewitnesses say they woke up from noise and bright light. At first they wanted to call the police – they feared that the UAV arrived. Later, when they went out into the street and began to extinguish the poor fellow, they realized that it was too late to do anything. A car also caught fire next to a fallen man.
The man died on the spot from the injuries.
