Mauro Pederzoli started his career in 2000, as sports director in Brescia, and between 2003 and 2005 he worked in the same quality in Cagliari. In 2007 he took the step in the Premier League, in Liverpool, where he was part of the Scouting department.
Returning to Italy, he held management positions at important clubs such as Turin, AC Milan Youth and Novara. In 2019 he signed with Parma. He was first scout, and then, from 2021, sports director.
