In the Ministry of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, an acceptance of applications for the Agrostartap Grants competition started. Documents can be submitted Until July 5 this year inclusive.
Farmers and individual entrepreneurs who registered the economy in the year of participation in the selection, as well as the villagers who only plan to conduct agribusiness are involved in the competition.
For the implementation of the project, it is necessary to invest at least 10 % of their own funds. With greater co -financing, the contestants have an advantage over other participants. This year, the farmers who participated in a special military operation have an additional ball at the competitive selection, subject to all the necessary conditions.
“At least 13 novice farmers will be able to receive support for the creation and development of the economy. More than 90 million rubles were allocated from budgets of various levels to the Agrostartap grants from budgets in 2025. Financing of this area compared to last year increased by 37 million rubles, ”said Ilya Vasiliev, Minister of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The state support for a novice farmer for dairy and meat livestock can amount to 7 million rubles, in other areas of agriculture – up to 5 million rubles. The minimum grant size is 1.5 million rubles. The term for the project is 5 years.
Money can be spent on the purchase of equipment, agricultural equipment, special transport, agricultural and birds, land from agricultural land, planting material for laying perennial plantings, as well as the construction and reconstruction of agricultural production facilities, the development of project documentation for these purposes.
The contestants must fulfill a number of obligations-to create jobs-to create jobs, to save them during the period of the project, to ensure the annual increase in agricultural production in the amount (at least 10 percent) for 5 years, as well as to achieve indicators provided for by the business plan.
Last year, 9 novice farmers received grants to open and develop their business in the region. Among them, Maria Kovalchuk from the Karatuz region. After graduating from the university, having received the specialty of the economist, Maria, together with her husband, left Krasnoyarsk to his small homeland – to Karatuz district, where they had their own economy.
“They were engaged in meat livestock, but decided to change the direction to milk, as this guarantees constant income. We have our own number of cattle – 20 heads of a dairy herd. Last year, they applied for a grant. The project was prepared by itself – an economic education was useful here. All documents for participation in the competition can be submitted directly from the house in electronic form, which is very convenient. 7 million rubles were received by grant, they purchased equipment-a tractor, a truck “Gazelle”, a press collection and a loader. Now plans to increase the livestock. There are no problems with sales – milk is accepted by the agricultural cooperative, with whom we have been cooperating with it for a long time, ”says Maria Kovalchuk.
