The criminal case of the death of Kot Twix is terminated. They will not punish anyone because of the “unproven intention.”
We wrote that on January 11, the owner of the cat drove him in a carriage on a train from Yekaterinburg to St. Petersburg. Near Kirov, Twix fled from the carrying, and at the stop he was thrown out into the street. The pet died. The man discovered the loss only after 7.5 hours – in the area of the Galich station.
The owner’s lawyer does not agree with the decision and plans to appeal him.
