In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, three people are suspected of organizing illegal migration. This was told in the IC of the region.

Among the suspects were the lawyer of the First Krasnoyarsk Regional Bar Association, a resident of Kansk and a foreign citizen working as an individual entrepreneur in the field of forest industry. A criminal case was opened against them based on the materials of the FSB of the region.

According to investigators, from February 2020 to June 2024, the suspects fictitiously registered at least 14 migrants. They entered Russia under the guise of tourists, but actually worked here.

“According to distributed roles, a resident of Kansk provided a dwelling for a fictitious registration of citizens for migration registration, the lawyer interacted with law enforcement agencies to resolve various issues to bypass legal procedures, and a foreign citizen who ensures illegal migrants with work and housing,” the region said in the region.

Searches were held at the places of residence of the suspects and witnesses. Now women are interrogated. A foreign citizen is on the federal wanted list in connection with the commission of another crime.
