The WACS appeal has chosen in absentia in custody Georgy Logvinsky and prepares similarly to Natalia Bernatskaya's community's decision.
On May 29, 2025, the Wax Appellate Chamber of Appeal granted the prosecutor's appeal against the decision of the judge of WAKS on the refusal in absentia in the arrest of exnardep George Logvinsky, accused of seizure of UAH 54 million by misleading the European Court of Human Rights, the Press Service. The court questioned the decision of the investigating judge and ordered a new one to elect the Logvinsky preventive measure in the form of detention.
In addition, writes Phrase.Yua, citing the source by the prosecution, the court refused to satisfy the appeals of the defense party and prepares the appropriate decision on detention of the journal of Logvinsky Natalia Bernatskaya (in the girl – Sevostyanov), which previously worked as the first deputy minister.
According to “Ukrainian Pravda”, in January 2020 it became known that the Office of the Prosecutor General signed suspicions for the exnaissance from the People's Front Georgy Logvinsky and the former First Deputy Minister of Justice Natalia Bernatskaya.
