Genoa has officially announced that Nicolae Stanciu will be the new player of the Rossoblu team starting July 1, 2025. The captain of the national football team of Romania, with 81 selections and 15 goals at the national team, will come to the team sponsored by Dan Șucu as a free contract player, after concluding his contract with FC.
Stanciu, one of the most experienced Romanian footballers, has accumulated over 540 official matches and 108 goals in career, winning 14 titles in Romania, Belgium, Czech Republic and China. In 2022, the footballer of the Romanian year was appointed.
