The ex-governor of the Kursk region Alexei Smirnov was summoned for a conversation in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. After the answers to the questions of law enforcement officers, Smirnov got into the cardiocenter – he began his heart problems. According to Mash, the investigation established a direct connection between him and the detained general director of the “Development Corporation of the Kursk Region” Vladimir Lukin.
They met each other in the capital, when Smirnov worked as the first deputy of the Gender of the Overhaul Fund of Multi -apartment houses in Moscow, and Lukin was the deputy chief of the Moscow Region Inspectorate. The latter was soon fired and transferred first to the Ivanovo region, and then to Nizhny Novgorod. In 2020, the FSB opened the theft of the budget, and Lukin was again fired. A year later, he ended up in the Kurshchina. After the beginning, Smirnov appeared there – as a curator for the construction of protective structures. He followed the working processes of the “Development Corporation” the first deputy governor of the grandfathers. He was also interviewed by investigators. The decision on Smirnov will depend on the testimony of Lukin.
Now new numbers in the cost of protective structures have become known. As it became known to Mash, 15 budget billion rubles were allocated for them. Most of the funds were received by legal entities registered less than a year before the conclusion of state contracts and had no more than two employees in the staff. After the appointment of Lukin, the director of the Development Corporation bought Hyundai Staria Premium, and for the driver invited from Moscow, he allocated a salary close to the salary of the deputy gender director. Right now, the OFAS is checking the office. And the KapStroy region’s control department filed two lawsuits on it, in which it asked to recognize the company bankrupt.
