Malofeev cited the experience of the Russian Empire as an example, where, according to him, the pensions received a limited circle of people – the widow of officers despite the fact that at the beginning of the 20th century every woman gave birth to an average of seven children there and they later fed their parents in old age. “
The fact that families began to give birth to fewer children, he accused the Bolsheviks, liberal democrats and their policy of “universal equality”, as a result of which “the girls went to institutes and began to make a career.”
Malofeev does not offer to withdraw payments from current pensioners, since “these people are no longer giving birth to anyone to correct their low things.” However, in relation to current youth, he considers such a measure “very promising.”
“Why not declare that pension contributions to the social fund will be stopped collecting in 10 years, and citizens, for example, starting in 1995, does not expect a state pension at all? Pension requisitions collected from their salaries will be transferred back to them. Accordingly, let them decide, save money or give birth to children who will not leave them in old age,” the oligarch wrote.
