There will be no cheap electricity for people and plants without great investments in the Baltic Sea – Prime Minister Donald Tusk emphasized on Thursday in Gdańsk. He added that Poland would become one of the leaders in terms of offshore, production must take place in the country.

The head of government, who visited the Gdańsk plant producing towers for the Baltic Towers wind turbines on Thursday, emphasized that it was the largest and most modern factory of this type in Europe.
“Polish offshore is one of the key energy prospects. In short, there will be no available and cheap electricity for people, for plants, without great investments on the Baltic and Baltic banks,” he said.
An endless confrontation in the Baltic. Prime Minister: There will be more and more incidents
During the briefing at the Maritime Operation Center in Gdynia, Prime Minister Donald Tusk stated that the Baltic Sea – like the eastern border – could become a place of permanent confrontation. Incidents with the participation of Russian sabotage artists can repeat more and more intensively – he added.
The head of the Polish government also emphasized that Polish investments should be “possible Poland”. “If Poland is to be one of the leaders when it comes to offshore, it is important that what is produced for wind energy is produced in Poland, here in Gdańsk,” he said.
