If it was easier to bring many of these demands, our obligations, if the authorities in Poland were consistent – whether it is the nominations of ambassadors, women's rights, restoring judicial independence, etc. – said Tusk.
“It is difficult to rule in a country where the president is only focused on harm,” he added.
