Cristina Neagu (36 years old), the best handball player in the recent history of Romania, will be decorated by the interim president of Romania, Ilie Bolojan. The ceremony is scheduled today, from 5:00 pm, at the Cotroceni Palace.
- On June 8, the withdrawal match of Cristina Neagu will take place, an event organized in the Multipurpose Hall in the Capital.
Cristina Neagu, considered the largest handball player of all time, will be decorated by interim president Ilie Bolojan, at Cotroceni Palace, for her impressive career. The ceremony will take place from 5:00 pm.

I thought I wouldn't have withdrawal. I want to go back to the beginning of my career when the 30 -year -old players told me I'm annoying young. And I thought I had a lot to play. I do not know if the time has passed quickly, but it has passed.
I am in front of the conclusion of the most important chapter, handball, after 25 years and thousands of matches and hours. It's time to say stop. But on June 8, I do not want to be a separation, but a holiday. I want to enjoy myself with the former colleagues and celebrate with fans. It will be a special day.
