In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the court sentenced a 16-year-old guy by the year of the colony for beating two girls, which resulted in severe injuries.
The prosecutor’s office reminded that in March 2024, a 16-year-old resident of the village of Tigritskoy came to stay with his sister in Minusinsk. In the evening with his friends, he went for a walk, And in the dining room on the street, his attention was attracted by two girls with short haircuts.
“He began to ask them questions of personal nature and, not receiving answers, hit one of them with his fist in the face. From the blow, the girl received a head injury, fractures of the face with displacement and hematoma. A friend stood up for her, whom the accused also hit her face, which is why she was hospitalized with a concussion, ”the supervisory department recalled.
Initially, a criminal case was opened against the aggressor under Article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (beatings), but after receiving the results of the forensic medical examination, it was charged on more difficult articles: paragraph “d” of part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm, dangerous to human life, committed from hooligan motives) and paragraph “a” part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of mild harm to health, committed from hooligan motives).
IN trial The accused pleaded guilty.
“I thought they were guys, And I heard a swear word in my address, ”the defendant explained.
The court found him guilty and sentenced him to 1 year 5 days in prison with a colony of general regime. In addition to this, the court collected 500 thousand rubles and 150 thousand rubles in favor of the victims.
