One of the youngest deputy governors in Russia was detained in the Ryazan region. Previously, for a bribe of 17 million rubles at the conclusion of investment contracts in local technology parks.
A couple of days before that, 30-year-old Artyom Nikitin filed a dismissal application of his own free will. According to preliminary data, for money, he helped businessmen win a tender at the auction.
According to one version, the former governor of the Ryazan region Nikolai Lyubimov, who is now in jail on suspicion of receiving a bribe, gave evidence for Nikitin.
