In addition, the company has opened the first non-state mining and metallurgical University of Metinvest Polytechnic: since 2022 it has become more than 1080 people by its students, and more than 4,300 students have undergone advanced training and training courses.
The university offers students the necessary business specialty, practical-oriented training, veterans, international internships, flexible training schedule, access to digital platforms, scholarships and grant programs and cooperation with foreign universities.
