In 2026, a state cadastral assessment of all land plots of the Krasnoyarsk Territory will be carried out, regardless of their category and forms of ownership. This was reported in Ministry of Economics and Regional Development.
The copyright holders of the land can send declarations on the characteristics of real estate to clarify data when conducting an assessment until December 31, 2025. The list of areas to be evaluated will be published in February 2026 in the state cadastral assessment fund on the Rosreest website.
“The new cadastral value will be determined as of January 1, 2026 and will begin to be applied from January 1, 2027,” said Deputy Minister Marina Leiman.
Recall that the cadastral value of land plots is carried out to establish a tax base, the amount of rent for land; Determining the amount of compensation payments for the seizure of land for municipal needs, as well as ensuring the receipt of ownership of real estate.
