After the election we will have a government reconstruction. Domański will become a superminister?

The growing position of the head of the Ministry of Finance means that in the government there are more and more questions about his future role – notes “Rzeczpospolita” on Wednesday.

After a series of several conversations of “Rzeczpospolita” with influential politicians from KO, but also from the coalition parties, there is no doubt: in recent months the position of Minister Andrzej Domański is growing rapidly in the government – we read in the Wednesday edition of “RZ”.

The journal informs that, as his interlocutors explain, it is not only a technical minister from tables and deficit, but the actual playmaker in key matters for the government – from energy to subsidies and reform of local governments. It is he who gives the rhythm of the entire coalition today.

“The tables and deficit were specialties of finance ministers in previous PO governments. Domański's position is different, it is political” – argues one of the informants “RZ”.

The newspaper points out that Andrzej Domański efficiently conducts meetings of the Economic Committee of the Council of Ministers, manages the debate on taxes, the long -term budget and investments, and at the same time does not avoid difficult, also typically political challenges. There is more and more him everywhere – not only in negotiating rooms, but also in public debate, he has become the face of a new economic strategy of the government.
