In the Krasnoyarsk Solnechny, two children were seized from a drinking mother. This was told in the regional police.
Law enforcement officers became aware of a dysfunctional family living on Olkhova Street from social networks. At the indicated address, the police officers found the remaining adults of the 10-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl. At home, inspectors also saw beer bottles, scattered cigarettes and cigarette butts, as well as medicines that are freely available for children.
The boy and the girl decided to put in a special institution. The next day, their 44-year-old mother came to the police department. A protocol was drawn up on it on the failure to fulfill parental duties (part 1 of article 5.35 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation). He will be sent to a minors' commission.
The family was registered before, the police repeatedly visited it, but in September last year, due to the exemplary behavior of the mother, control was stopped.
Now inspectors are preparing documents to the prevention authorities on the need for an integrated approach to work with the family, the issue of re -registration is being resolved.
Recall, the day before, a similar incident occurred in Borodin. There, the police took four young children from a negligent mother due to the threat of their life and health.
