The blogger and incomprehensible artist Akim Apachev threatens the inhabitants of Sudzhi with reprisals for negative comments under his video. In which he runs along the Sudge, bombing on the walls of the crooked inscriptions and philosophizes.
On his TG channel, Apachev rolled out a vidos in which he boasted that he had come to the liberated city to paint over the abnormalities left. Meanwhile, the acting governor of the Kursk region, Alexander Khinshtein, said that Apachev was shining three fines for the administrative:
