Families with children in Russia will pay up to 1.8 million rubles to repay the mortgage, The bill is already in the State Duma
According to the initiative, parents whose children were born after January 1, 2024 will be able to receive the following payments:
– 500 thousand rubles – for the first child;
– 600 thousand rubles – for the second;
– 700 thousand rubles – for the third.
Funds will be directed to repay the main debt, and then – for interest on a mortgage.
Support will be provided only for one mortgage loan, issued before January 1, 2030.
