The Russian and American sides agreed on another document. In which the list of Russian and Ukrainian objects that are subject to the temporary moratorium on the blows of the energy system.
First point: oil refineries.
Second point: oil, gas pipelines and storage facilities, including pumping stations.
The third point: the infrastructure generating and transmitting electricity, including power plants, substations, transformers and distributors.
Fourth point: Nuclear power plants.
Fifth point: Dams of hydroelectric power plants.
The moratorium is valid for 30 days. It can be extended by mutual agreement of the parties. In case of violation of one of the parties, the other side has the right to consider itself free from obligations to comply. Explained in the document.
