The Beeline operator announces the new stage of cooperation with the Wildberries digital platform: now customers can take orders directly in the sales and service offices of the Beeline as part of the click & collect self -explosion service.
This is a new work scheme for the company RVB (the United company Wildberries & Rus), and among the operators of the Big Four, Beeline became the first participant in the project.
Now the goods presented on the Bilina showcase in Wildberries can be taken on the same day – in the nearest office of the operator. Soon the service will become available in 15 Russian cities where Click & Collect is launched, and will expand as the project is scaled by the marketplace.
For the client, the purchase of goods may look like this: the buyer makes an order for Wildberries and selects a beeline retail point convenient for him on a special map. Delivery is essentially excluded from the business process-the client immediately sees the current assortment of a particular office and can receive an order on the day of registration.
“We strive to be as close as possible to the client – in the interface, in logistics and at the contact point. Click & Collect with Wildberries allows us to not only expand the presence of our window outside our own online store, but also make the goods as fast and convenient as possible. The purchase is made online, and the issuance is literally around the corner. We are pleased that Beeline was the first operator to implement this format with Wildberries and are sure of its scaling throughout the country, ”said Kirill Bulginov, director of the development of e -commerce of Beeline.
In addition to devices and accessories, a purchase of SIM cards will be available on a Beeline window in Wildberries. Right on the marketplace window, the client can choose a tariff, purchase SIM and pick it up with an order in the nearest sales office.
The cooperation of Beeline and Wildberries began in 2022, when the goods and services of the operator appeared at the marketplace site. Today it is scaled thanks to the Click & Collect model, providing customers with the choice of the method of receiving an order.
“This is not just another step towards convenience and maximum reduction in the time of receipt of goods, but also the expansion of our ecosystem.
