The shooter from Murmansk planned to arrange a fire on the roof of a high -rise building.
44-year-old Vladislav was first barricaded with barbed wire, and then doused the entrance and the roof itself with gasoline. The man was armed with a “Vepr” carbine 7.62 caliber and a 12 -caliber hunting double. Before he was detained, he managed to shoot at least two stores.
